Your dental visit can be a dream

This involves treatment to make you feel relaxed and even sleep through your dental experience. There are three types of sedation options:

  • – Oral Sedation
  • – IV Sedation
  • – Nitrous Oxide

All the above are available at Midtown Dental Excellence.

Ever wanted to get the perfect smile but the thought of sitting in the dentist chair terrifies you? Do you have such a busy schedule that the idea of sitting in the dentist chair seems stressful? Well, you are not alone.

Over 36% of people avoid seeing the dentist due to fear or anxiety. These are the type of people who would benefit the most from sedation dentistry. However, the majority of people qualify for at least one type of sedation.

Our patients agree sedation makes you feel relaxed, calm, at ease, a little drowsy, and washes away all fear. Each type of sedation provides a variety of reactions, from clocking out for a few hours to feelings of empowerment and confidence.

Speak to our New York sedation dentist before your visit to discuss the best option for you.

Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. Youโ€™ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.

Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that youโ€™re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.

We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. We will also be providing gloves and masks to be worn before, during and after your appointment.

You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, brochures, etc since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.

We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.

"The Doctor and staff were amazing. Was very detailed in there information and answered all my questions. I totally recommend this office. There equipment was state of the art. Very impressed. There protocols for this virus is definitely amazing. Felt safe during visit."
